("Chargebee") and are subject to the Chargebee Terms and Conditions ("Chargebee Terms"). By agreeing to these terms and continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by the Chargebee Terms, as the same may be modified by Chargebee from time to time. As a condition of the Company enabling payment processing services through Chargebee, you agree to provide the Company accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize the Company to share with Chargebee this information and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Chargebee.
Refunds. All payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time for any or no reason. To cancel your subscription, please visit your payment settings within your account profile.
